    31 Day Pilates Challenge

Welcome to my 31 day challenge to get you practising pilates each and every day throughout the month. You will create new exercise habits, feel stronger all over, ease out stiffness and stand taller. You will also feel more energised, you will calm the mind and feed your body through low impact movement. So how does it work? Try and complete a pilates workout every day if you can. You can swap the videos around and complete your workouts in a different order or swap with another workout which is not within the challenge. If you miss a day, then maybe double up the following day, or just do some gentle stretching. If you need to take longer, no problem. Take as long as you need to complete the workouts but all i ask is that you try and complete at least 4 videos per week to help you to feel the benefits that pilates has to offer. The challenge is all about implementing mindful movement into your day helping you to feel better in both your body and your mind. So try and fit some exercise into your day and by the end of the 31 days, you will be feeling awesome and proud of what you have achieved. This challenge is open to those with some experience of pilates and/or at a certain fitness level. If you are a beginner, i suggest you do my 6 week beginner course before participating in any challenges or other courses. If you need to recap on the basics, head over to the Welcome page and watch the 5 basic principles. Please listen to your body. If an exercise doesn't feel right or if it causes pain, please stop immediately and consult your GP. It is your body's warning signal which should not be ignored. This is a self paced course, so you can either completed the course in 4 weeks or you repeat each week a couple of times before heading onto the next week, or you can repeat the 4 weeks to make 8 weeks.
